Call Specialist If you are the kind of person who looks forward to working an average of sixty hours a week, then this may be the job for you. Are you able to multi-task, doing numerous things at once while paying full attention to what's at hand? Are you one of those people who really enjoys being stressed out? Do you look forward to receiving a measly check at the end of each week? Look no further! The duties of this exciting job include, but are not limited to, handling phone calls while dealing with the caller's complaints and counseling needs. You are expected to answer whatever questions the caller may come up with, and give them guaranteed advice. At the same time, you are asked to find out and type in as much personal information about the caller as possible. Phone calls regarding suicidal thoughts, bomb threats, and gory murder confessions are the norm. Between calls, you are expected to run down several flights of stairs and a half-mile down the street to the supervisor's favorite coffee shop. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have at least ten years experience in answering phone calls from nut-cases. You must be able to type at least seventy-five words per minute while switching back and forth from one conversation to another while typing. It would really help if you are tri-lingual.
